Our commitment and approach to training focuses on ways to help Associates enhance their capabilities to maximize performance as individuals, within their teams, and as you referenced, also cross-functionally, to support both the career development for Associates, as well as support the overall growth of the business. I feel proud that our investment in our learning and career development platforms to give our Associates the tools they need to succeed is one of the things that sets us apart.
I’m perplexed that you feel we are not open to taking risks as we promote a fail fast, fail forward culture. I encourage you to share new ideas with your Leader because your feedback is important to supporting our continued growth. Over the past few years, we have been more intentional about not only communicating our vision but giving our Associates the opportunity to shape it. That’s one of the reasons we have a robust annual planning process that all Associates are invited to participate in – giving everyone an opportunity to share valuable insights and recommendations to help bring our vision to life.
