Fun work and great employees

Work load can be variable

Great work life balance. Some employees would hit the golf course for an hour during lunch, others would walk around the building multiple times per day, and some would spend hours in the bathroom stall on their phone. A lot of employees are on their phone throughout the day, and so efficiency and productivity suffers as a result.

- multiple instances of negative personal attacks on employees and overall a bullying culture - changes are not implemented and therefore no growth or improvement is reached - high turnover, mgmt told me 5 people have been hired for a certain role in the past 5 years - compensation lacks transparency
