Pros

Company pays well. Plenty of overtime. Good benefits. Many talented shop workers and friendly co workers.

Cons

Organization is constantly being restructured and Keeps getting worse. Designs are forever changing. You will be taking on more work than you can actually manage unless you work your life away and do other employees jobs too. There is no longer any training or employee development. Corporate has ruined the organization of this company by poor communication of projects. Expect to do multiple employees jobs because other managers will continue to hand off all their projects on you.

Great work life balance. Some employees would hit the golf course for an hour during lunch, others would walk around the building multiple times per day, and some would spend hours in the bathroom stall on their phone. A lot of employees are on their phone throughout the day, and so efficiency and productivity suffers as a result.

Cons

- multiple instances of negative personal attacks on employees and overall a bullying culture - changes are not implemented and therefore no growth or improvement is reached - high turnover, mgmt told me 5 people have been hired for a certain role in the past 5 years - compensation lacks transparency
