Very welcoming, friendly, and productive environment created by Joe, Aaron and the other directors. Presence of online calendar and project blogs for each student made it easy to keep track of sessions and record notes on every session. Test prep training for new tutors was very thorough and organized. Communication with directors, team leaders, and fellow tutors was always quick and efficient. Weekly touch base sessions with team leader provided consistent opportunity to improve as a tutor and manage issues that arose with students' performances or communication with parents. Office managers were friendly and kept office well stocked and maintained. Very competitive starting pay. Fun activities consistently held throughout the year such as winter/spring parties and volunteering events. Ability to make my own schedule was very beneficial.
