      Great pay, solid support system, fun work environment, admin are always quick to respond/help

      Cons

      Hours can be long if students have coursework that demands you do a lot of extra work outside of sessions, not always a ton of extra department resources

      Your workday starts in the afternoon and goes until around 8 or 9pm. Have to work on one weekend day
