Pros
- 1 on 1 tutoring (there is also the option to tutor online, so working from home is possible as well!) - Can teach SAT classes as a director - Free snacks and drinks - Flexible Scheduling (works best as you hardly run into rush hour traffic with tutoring hours being after students get off school) - Great Management - Decent Pay - you also get compensated for all the work you do for the company
Cons
The occasional overbearing parent and an initial slow ramp up to build a client base at the beginning.
