Pros
Tutoring comes with some inherent drawbacks (e.g. inconsistent hours, working weekends), but ignoring those, working at AJ is pretty good. The company does a good job of helping you to get students, especially if you get good feedback from students/parents. There are free snacks, you can choose your own hours, and several of the offices are easy to get to from public transportation.
Cons
The benefits are not great. If you're just out of college and still under your parents' healthcare, it's not too bad. Although you get to choose your own hours, if you want to have a full schedule, you might end up working on days/times when you'd prefer not to.
