      good benefits that they pay for, pay scale was good for my department

      Cons

      Employee moral is horrible, turnover is really high as well. The management still rules through fear and intimidation like its the 80's, and the machinery is made intentionally unsafe to run faster and create more product and this causes injury on a regular basis

      Pros

      Health Benefits are fully paid by the company.

      Cons

      Everything else! Owner micromanages & rarely gets all sides of any given situation. Tends to believe & rely on whomever he perceives as in his camp (aka, mostly unqualified “yes” people). Owner is rarely satisfied. Loyalty, dedication, demonstrated knowledgeability & hard work mean nothing to him! There is poor morale & a great deal of backstabbing in the work culture, which accounts for the high turnover of employees & temps.
