      Steady work, full time. Pick the shift that works best for you. Easy to do.

      Cons

      Managers and supervisors place all the blame for not meeting production goals on the packers. Even when there are machine malfunctions beyond the packers control and the workflow makes no sense.

      Health Benefits are fully paid by the company.

      Cons

      Everything else! Owner micromanages & rarely gets all sides of any given situation. Tends to believe & rely on whomever he perceives as in his camp (aka, mostly unqualified “yes” people). Owner is rarely satisfied. Loyalty, dedication, demonstrated knowledgeability & hard work mean nothing to him! There is poor morale & a great deal of backstabbing in the work culture, which accounts for the high turnover of employees & temps.
