      The only Pro is the insurance is provided at no cost

      Cons

      salary work every weekend with very little compensation the only way to move is to have a degree in anything continue to run everyone out they offer 7 paid personal days and penalize you for using them

      Pros

      Health Benefits are fully paid by the company.

      Cons

      Everything else! Owner micromanages & rarely gets all sides of any given situation. Tends to believe & rely on whomever he perceives as in his camp (aka, mostly unqualified “yes” people). Owner is rarely satisfied. Loyalty, dedication, demonstrated knowledgeability & hard work mean nothing to him! There is poor morale & a great deal of backstabbing in the work culture, which accounts for the high turnover of employees & temps.
