      -always a challenge -communicate with all types of companies, large and small -small enough of a company to work with all departments and higher ups -will always be busy

      Cons

      -the building has started being remodeled... it was supposed to end sometime in 2019 but there is no end in sight.

      Pros

      Health Benefits are fully paid by the company.

      Cons

      Everything else! Owner micromanages & rarely gets all sides of any given situation. Tends to believe & rely on whomever he perceives as in his camp (aka, mostly unqualified “yes” people). Owner is rarely satisfied. Loyalty, dedication, demonstrated knowledgeability & hard work mean nothing to him! There is poor morale & a great deal of backstabbing in the work culture, which accounts for the high turnover of employees & temps.
