      Pros

      Leadership is accessible and invested in the success of the business. Company has been around since the 1950's, and it's still growing. Many people have worked at the company for a very long time, it feels like a family. The benefits are also excellent.

      Cons

      Communication across departments could be improved, they have made some improvements in this area lately.

      Pros

      Health Benefits are fully paid by the company.

      Cons

      Everything else! Owner micromanages & rarely gets all sides of any given situation. Tends to believe & rely on whomever he perceives as in his camp (aka, mostly unqualified “yes” people). Owner is rarely satisfied. Loyalty, dedication, demonstrated knowledgeability & hard work mean nothing to him! There is poor morale & a great deal of backstabbing in the work culture, which accounts for the high turnover of employees & temps.
