Be prepared to train yourself! If you are mechanically inclined this job is super easy to learn but watch out showing to many others because they will feel that there job is threatened and will not be "helping" you learn how to maintain the machine. Be prepared to step on some toes to make supervisors aware you capable of doing more then standing in one spot with a wooden stick for 8 hours. 6 days a week....every week. You can go from not knowing anything about manufacturing of bags to running a machine by yourself with little help just to get a 20 cent raise if your lucky.
