      Decent pay (roughly 1,000 bi-weekly) Some great coworkers Free insurance

      6-7 Day work schedule Have to constantly go to office to inquire about your .25 raise that are promised to you (90 day, 6 months, and then yearly) (Which I never got even after a year) No communication between office, managers, supervisors, or employees. They expect 1 person to do a 3 person job (especially if you tried to pick up slack just to be a good team player) They talk to anyone below management as if they were trash. The list goes on...

      Health Benefits are fully paid by the company.

      Cons

      Everything else! Owner micromanages & rarely gets all sides of any given situation. Tends to believe & rely on whomever he perceives as in his camp (aka, mostly unqualified “yes” people). Owner is rarely satisfied. Loyalty, dedication, demonstrated knowledgeability & hard work mean nothing to him! There is poor morale & a great deal of backstabbing in the work culture, which accounts for the high turnover of employees & temps.
