      Pros

      Good insurance..thats it...they fire the plant manager every year or 2 no matter what...

      Cons

      Spot pay is 1 dollar an hour...no paid lunch,no job security, managers don't work weekends so foreman have to run press at 2001 fpm while being a manager to everyone...can't sit down the whole 12 hour shift...

      Pros

      Health Benefits are fully paid by the company.

      Cons

      Everything else! Owner micromanages & rarely gets all sides of any given situation. Tends to believe & rely on whomever he perceives as in his camp (aka, mostly unqualified “yes” people). Owner is rarely satisfied. Loyalty, dedication, demonstrated knowledgeability & hard work mean nothing to him! There is poor morale & a great deal of backstabbing in the work culture, which accounts for the high turnover of employees & temps.
