      Can pick from w different shifts so you have a steady schedule. It’s not all over the place. Great benefits Blue shield medical insurance Overtime

      Cons

      Mandatory 48 hrs weekly Miss 3 times and you are fired Favoritism Schedule is not flexible Says you get a raise every 3 months but is false

      Pros

      Health Benefits are fully paid by the company.

      Cons

      Everything else! Owner micromanages & rarely gets all sides of any given situation. Tends to believe & rely on whomever he perceives as in his camp (aka, mostly unqualified “yes” people). Owner is rarely satisfied. Loyalty, dedication, demonstrated knowledgeability & hard work mean nothing to him! There is poor morale & a great deal of backstabbing in the work culture, which accounts for the high turnover of employees & temps.
