      Great Health Insurance Excellent rate of Pay! Relaxed atmosphere Feels like you are working for one big family Able to get time off when you need it.

      Cons

      Almost impossible to get fired! Management can be too easy going on employees and so employees take advantage of this and get away with anything! Problem employees are impossible to get rid of!

      Pros

      Health Benefits are fully paid by the company.

      Cons

      Everything else! Owner micromanages & rarely gets all sides of any given situation. Tends to believe & rely on whomever he perceives as in his camp (aka, mostly unqualified “yes” people). Owner is rarely satisfied. Loyalty, dedication, demonstrated knowledgeability & hard work mean nothing to him! There is poor morale & a great deal of backstabbing in the work culture, which accounts for the high turnover of employees & temps.
