      Pros

      AJM will be a great company once the owner passes away. In the mean time he has no clue how his personality affects the morale of his employees. Because the company is singularly owned he feels he can treat anyone as poorly as he wants, and HR can’t protect the employees because the owner will fire them

      Cons

      Corporate Managers are not respectful. Owner handles business relatively Owner is a bad leader, bad person, bad manager

      Health Benefits are fully paid by the company.

      Cons

      Everything else! Owner micromanages & rarely gets all sides of any given situation. Tends to believe & rely on whomever he perceives as in his camp (aka, mostly unqualified “yes” people). Owner is rarely satisfied. Loyalty, dedication, demonstrated knowledgeability & hard work mean nothing to him! There is poor morale & a great deal of backstabbing in the work culture, which accounts for the high turnover of employees & temps.
