Pros Your co-workers. There's a comradere between co-workers knowing that the atmosphere is toxic. Your co-workers are happy amongst each other, but are not happy to be working there. The pro is that it is a steady job, and if you can do the work, you can stay.
Cons
Cons So many. When you see what your share of the health insurance contribution is you will regret taking the job. WOW! It's worse than Walmart. Somebody once told me it's "industry standard". B.S.!! Benefits are horrible. There is incredibly high turnover. Believe the other reviews here and the overall rating, it exists for a reason. Most of the admin staff speak Spanish to each other, nobody knows what they hell they are saying. Very senior staff have notoriously hot heads and short tempers, they always look like they're ready to explode on a moment's notice. They are not approachable. The receptionists take attendance every morning. Just like grade school. Just like children. They feel that somehow free cookie time on Thursday, cupcake time for birthdays, and bagels on mondays creates some sort of friendly atmosphere, but it's merely lipstick on a pig. Among the managers, many of them it's their second career. This is not where they started, they are here because they have to be. There is just horrible morale around the office. They've been through several HR directors in the past year and can't seem to keep them around.
