On your interview you are sold. They say you'll have max 12 buildings and once you're there you end up with way more. The assistants usually have two managers but I see many that are juggling four or more because someone quit so they just bounce them around. They don't care about you. Michael Berenson only cares about money he wants loyalty but what loyalty is he giving his employees.
