Pros
Great product and people. The core values of the company align with my personal values and the heart of the company is safety first. Most easily defined, AKE truly cares about their people and their customers in a way that is rare to find in businesses today. I have seen great opportunities for talented individuals to grow personally and professionally. The company offers 1099 field sales positions as well as corporate employment and lots of room for advancement.
Cons
Expectations are very high. I don't really view this as a con, but rather a plus. People who are looking for an easy dollar will be disappointed, but those who are willing to work hard and make things happen in an ethical way have an awesome career ahead of them at AKE.
