Pros
Akkodis was my first full time job after college, I was recruited without mission, and they provided me a temporary mission within their service. I was not pressured to find a mission and the overall working atmosphere was good. Once I found a mission I stayed there 3 years and there was no issues.
Cons
During my three years, the turnover of business managers was extremely high — I had more than seven different interlocutors. Most of them were juniors and very insistent on obtaining information from me about opportunities within my mission. However, when I faced issues, they were much harder to reach. When I signed my contract, I was promised a salary revaluation after one year, which was later denied. Although they compensated for it in the second year, the initial commitment was not honored.
