Pros
Co-workers were nice and respectful of other sales reps - no drama.
Cons
No room for growth, poor benefits, poor base salary, comp plan isn't that competitive compared to other staffing agencies. Senior leadership is out of touch with reality and male dominated. You're like nothing more than a number.
