Pros
Best agency for office culture, wellness events and activities. Lots of wonderful people to work with. Good client roster. If you are in UX or strategy or account management, you can go far here. There is a genuine effort for all members of the agency to hash out culture and values. If you are not on an intense project, the work-life balance can be decent, for an agency. Good SF location. Creative output is high quality.
Cons
There is a discipline pecking order. Account and Strategy at at the top. Some chosen design position are also well regarded. The rest are not important to management. Design teams are regularly working hard hours and often for little result. Some of this is just agency life. Leadership team is very political. Often how well connected you are is much more important than the quality of your work. Leadership makes little effort to implement culture and values.
