Great company to work for, and great onsite training to give you the tools you need to do the job which is required of your role. Pay, holidays and benifits are well above the industry average.
Cons
There is no let up in the role and no such thing as a 'quiet' day. Shifting sales patterns and customer demands coupled with hard physical labour day in day out can wear down the unprepaired quite quickly. In the role you must be prepaired to work under everchanging demands in a high pressure environment.
