Business Outlook
Pros
Great company that knows itself very well which is why it’s highly successful. The culture is very straightforward and while it has it quirks, it makes things simple to follow as a staff level employee.
Cons
Company is very methodical and deliberate with how it gets things done so it may seem slow to get things accomplished at times. A big con is that they prefer to promote district managers to executive positions which is awesome if you want directors of ops. However I don’t think it’s smart to promote a district manager to be come an IT director.
