Over worked and bullying atmosphere - Administration ALDI Employee Review

Can't take over 2 weeks holiday together unless you have a nice manager who approves it, that or you are getting married or going on a honeymoon, discrimination much. Honestly in the dark ages. A lot made redundant when there is plenty work but they just shift it to others Overworked and a real old boys club way of thinking. Management dont even talk to you, no hello etc Not at all flexible when you ask but expect you to be available all the time No care for mental health and well being Negative atmosphere and toxic environment Very stressful bullying and discrimination is rampant here No career progression for admin. Only want male management and even the so called HR department don't even look after HR!!!! They don't even do staff progression in their department. Such a nasty place to work. Many staff went on stress leave over the years and all from management. Stay clear.
