Being a part of the Engagement team myself the work focus that is had on the satisfaction and engagement of the ALDI employees is truly unique to this company.

Nothing is handed to you. Everyone is there to answer your questions and refer you to resources to assist you in whatever manner needed. Leadership is working at creating personalized relationships with their subordinates, this has positively affected the original issue of feeling as though leadership had a disconnect from their subordinates.
