Pros
The pay is great, and as it stands working nights I don't have to worry about traffic.
Cons
First two years you get 5 days of vacation, and that's it. After that it doubles. There are also employees who get blatant preferential treatment, and can just do a substantially worse job without any repercussions. There's also a 3rd party crew, Merit, that makes it so you have to engage with middlemen who don't actually want to leave, so they just do nothing for hours at a time and then start working.
