Pros

Company car is a nice benefit.

Cons

The training program lacks organization, and the leadership capabilities of District Managers (DMs) are disappointing and insincere. DMs fail to set a positive example for District Manager Trainees (DMTs) on essential aspects such as punctuality, operations, and values. The culture is restrictive, offering little room for mistakes for management trainees. Micromanagement by DMs inhibits effective leadership and mentoring. To retain DMTs, Directors should implement an open-door policy for professional issue discussions without fear of retaliation.
