Pros

They have a little snack table

Cons

A couple things to mention before the review begins: -Aldi in Faribault is always hiring -Aldi in Faribault welcome deceptive practices(advertised pay rate, work life balance and the metrics you will be judged upon) -Diversity is little to none(especially age) -The turnover rate is through the roof Aldi touts work life balance but it exists for those with prerogative. That is the theme of the culture that has been modified and supported by management at Aldi Distribution Center in Faribault, MN. The goals corporate focus on is a mere facade at the local level. Safety standards are an option which is encouraged by managements complacency. Age diversity is minimal due to local managements preference on malleable bodies and mind. Ethnic diversity is a quota and not an embrace. Leadership is also non-existent for when you need to bring up concerning issues. Ask yourself why a business that has expanded so rapidly in America, has such high turnovers and little diversity? Could this be why Aldi in Faribault is always hiring?
