      Pros

      -Good pay with constant raises for the first few years -Good benefits

      Cons

      -They've been gutting hours like crazy the last 2 years while increasing the workload. 2025 has seen some of the worst schedules i've ever seen there in the 5 years i've worked there. District Managers and Regional Managers get upset when everything isn't perfect but don't give us the necessary workers needed to do everything. -Quality of shipments from the warehouse has plummeted in the last 2 year. Toddlers could build better pallets than what the warehouse sends to the stores.

      Pros

      Great pay Hours were always there The manager at my location is a rare gem. Never had a boss quite like him. Everyone I worked with became like my family.

      Cons

      EXTREMELY physically demanding. I injured myself multiple times while I worked there.

      Pros

      + industry leading wages Associates - $12/hr, Shift Mgr - $16/hr, SMT - $23/hr, Store Manager - $75,000+/yr + great work environment + excellent training + health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k + 40-50 hr/wk with paid overtime Very fast paced so work hours fly by. I loved working at Aldi. The pay was great! Benefits great! Was training to be a store manager so a lot was expected of me but I was totally up for it. My store manager loved my work, associates loved my fairness, customers loved me.

      Cons

      + work/life balance + walked 28,000 steps/day!!! Never thought I would be fired for clocking in only minutes late!!
