Enjoyed community team residents and families

Cons

Lack of effective communication Upper management passes the buck finger pointers Company definately Not interested in employees working in communities Poor pay Poor benefits Insurance costly with below average coverage ( floor staff can not afford premiums) No sick time No pay raises No employee incentives that are Consistant( most communities don’t have the money to support any team member recognition or reward systems) Want team to work without providing proper tools and equipment needed Corporate team instructs floor staff to clock out to take meal break ( so no overtime) but makes us stay on floor in building just in case a resident may need us ( then we r to clock back in). But Corporate Managers leave and go to lunch when ever they want No appreciation

Relationships built with the residents and families

Cons

Failure to pay bills timely, change policies and procedures to benefit home office, undervalue all staff, limit resources to provide adequate care, lack of mentorship, cuts corners to benefit owners, lack of support, employees are only a person, poor management structure including eliminating critical employees, staffing ratio is the bare minimum of state regulations no more, horrible benefits including unaffordable health insurance, no 401k or retirement, pto plan is not competitive
