Pros

The only pro was that they were open to promoting and hiring from within.

Cons

Company won't spend any money to provide supplies. I had to pay for gloves and basic care supplies out if my own pocket and hope that I would get reimbursed. Zero support from corporate. They come to the community and promise the world but never deliver. They pay 0 commissions to sales directors, do not allow referral agencies for move-ins and do not provide assistance or support when short staffed. As the ED is worked the floor as a care gover for 20 days straight because of the lack of support. The worst company I've ever worked for in my 20 years in this industry

Cons

Failure to pay bills timely, change policies and procedures to benefit home office, undervalue all staff, limit resources to provide adequate care, lack of mentorship, cuts corners to benefit owners, lack of support, employees are only a person, poor management structure including eliminating critical employees, staffing ratio is the bare minimum of state regulations no more, horrible benefits including unaffordable health insurance, no 401k or retirement, pto plan is not competitive
