Good place to learn a bit but no long term. Company, methodology and products antiquated. Production, and QC ok. Stay away from QA most unprofessional unqualified, cover up specialist Senior Manager.
Cons
Human Resources most unprofessional and untrustworthy. Will discuss confidential information with management about career goals and advancement opportunity. Will not stand up for employees. No job security. Very high turnover rate. A lot of temps. This nitche industry is becoming obsolete. The company's technique, product, methodology antiquated. They won't be around in 5-10 years time.
