Some departments don't have many opportunities for advancement.

Management is extremely disappointing and lacks professionalism. There is little to no respect for work/life balance, with intrusive behaviors that often extend into employees’ personal lives. The environment feels unsupportive, and at times can negatively affect your confidence and wellbeing. The company promotes itself as a diverse, inclusive, and “family oriented” workplace, but in reality, that culture can feel inappropriate and boundary crossing. A professional environment with clear limits would be far more beneficial than one where personal boundaries are not respected. Leadership is particularly weak. There is a heavy focus on meetings rather than meaningful, hands on contribution or strategic impact. This often results in a lack of direction, limited real expertise, and an unproductive work culture. Also, the internal culture can feel competitive in an unhealthy way, where some employees prioritize personal advancement over teamwork, at times undermining colleagues.
