Pros

No real management, do what you want

Cons

New markets that are reselling Metronet Fiber, DSM, and Omaha, with no real management, and the CRM is a joke. Insurance is awful for a family. Only offers High Deductible plans.

We do offer discounted rates and wellness incentives—including HSA contributions to help offset costs. We strive to remain competitive in our benefits and appreciate feedback that helps us improve.

Flexibility to chose how you pursue sales opportunities, company has great reputation to build off, many helpful and genuinely caring employees, good benefits and pay

Cons

Interdepartmental misalignment, unnecessary red tape, regular Policy changes across processes, commission structure, job tasks and goals
