      Pros

      Allo has a open door culture because the only department that has a door is HR. The CEO of the company has his own cubical on the floor with the CSR department and even has answered incoming customer calls from time to time. Everybody I work with is friendly and it feels like a second home to me, so much so that I don't mind staying late some days. Allo is a company that believes in promoting people who drive to better themselves and better the company. I can't see myself working any where else, I have found my career company and have no plans on leaving until I retire. Unlike any other ISP in the country hands down.

      Cons

      Growing pains, but with how fast Allo is growing these kind of pains are expected.

      Flexibility to chose how you pursue sales opportunities, company has great reputation to build off, many helpful and genuinely caring employees, good benefits and pay

      Cons

      Interdepartmental misalignment, unnecessary red tape, regular Policy changes across processes, commission structure, job tasks and goals
