      To be totally candid, ALLO has trusted me more than I’ve trusted in myself sometimes. It’s so inspiring to work for a place that spends time making sure you reach your full potential every single day. I love that you can be trusted with projects, simply by asking for them. Not only is there trust, but there is also a safe place to fail which to me, speaks volumes about the opportunities for professional growth. The most critical component of growth is work ethic. How hard are you willing to work with no one is watching? If you have a consistently strong work ethic, you truly belong here. One more thing: good vibes only please.

      Working with me - only if you don't like to be in pictures, bucketloads of energy, or afternoon coffee.

      Flexibility to chose how you pursue sales opportunities, company has great reputation to build off, many helpful and genuinely caring employees, good benefits and pay

      Cons

      Interdepartmental misalignment, unnecessary red tape, regular Policy changes across processes, commission structure, job tasks and goals
