In summary, this company wants to project a progressive, new age culture. However, coming from prior telecom work they are well on their way to becoming exactly what they claim not to be. Telecom companies such as Charter, Time Warner Cable, Spectrum, AT&T. Liberties, freedom and trust that you perform your job without micromanagement is slowly being eroded from the foundation of what they want to be. There isn't much room for advancement and promotion. Lots of room for lateral transfers. Like most companies, they like compliant and silent, little soldiers. Leadership is not keen on those who have an opinion or any kind of input.
