Pros

Awesome, supportive culture, especially during this pandemic. Achievement is rewarded with opportunity. Executive leadership is top notch and remarkably accessible. Small-company vibe with the stability of a much larger corporation.

Cons

Most common issue is work-life balance. The company is filled with very dedicated and talented individuals, so sometimes teammates will be compelled to "keep up with Jones's" and put in the most hours, work the latest, etc. This is not really top-down pressure, but more bottom-up "professional pride."

Flexibility to chose how you pursue sales opportunities, company has great reputation to build off, many helpful and genuinely caring employees, good benefits and pay

Cons

Interdepartmental misalignment, unnecessary red tape, regular Policy changes across processes, commission structure, job tasks and goals
