Health care/Insurance benefits. Generous earned-time-off accumulation. Free high-speed (1Gbps) internet, TV, landline phone

Cons

Shift changes every 9 months. Like your current shift? Be prepared to fight in order to keep it. Incentives and/or motivational "prizes" for being a top-performer are a pony-show. There' no real substance. They might as well just say "We're trying to figure out how to make you work harder without paying you more." - its THAT obvious. There's a clear disconnect between departments, communication errors happen a LOT. Departments have different customer-interaction standards. Some departments practice standards that make other departments' jobs unnecessarily harder.

Flexibility to chose how you pursue sales opportunities, company has great reputation to build off, many helpful and genuinely caring employees, good benefits and pay

Cons

Interdepartmental misalignment, unnecessary red tape, regular Policy changes across processes, commission structure, job tasks and goals
