The pay isn't up to standard. They said they were going to adjust pay for all roles in the company in their annual company roadshow in 2022 and that never happened. Don't expect big, or even fair pay raises while working here.
The company has gone pretty down hill from both the service and employee side over the years. They used to care about delivering good service to customers and took the time to care about employees. Now it's all about growth and nothing else. Some great people have been promoted over the years and they do the best they can, but the top really only cares about money and expanding to new markets at this point. The pressure and expectations they put on employees just isn't fair. Especially for what they pay. They still try and hold onto the "small company" feeling, but even being there through the "boom", I can tell you that the small company vibe has completely vanished.
It can be a very toxic environment. The best advice I can give anybody going to work there is to keep your head down, do the job you're paid to do and nothing more. Don't try and speak up in meetings, don't try and suggest things that go against what's coming from the top, and don't think you'll have any meaningful input on things (although they constantly ask for input). It gets ignored, and if you're too loud about it, you'll be gone.
