Pros

Co-workers and manager were great, they don't baby you and treat you like an adult. Very understanding about time off or sick days etc. I felt like my manager cared about me as a person rather than just an Allo employee. Pretty laid-back work, we were a properly staffed in my department so you weren't ever overworked.

Cons

Pay wasn't crazy; even if you had the technical skills they wanted you to stay in your lane. For me personally I needed more room to grow, others might think differently.

Flexibility to chose how you pursue sales opportunities, company has great reputation to build off, many helpful and genuinely caring employees, good benefits and pay

Cons

Interdepartmental misalignment, unnecessary red tape, regular Policy changes across processes, commission structure, job tasks and goals
