Leadership can't comprehend that just because they have been doing markets for 20 years, that there are no differences when they go out of NE. One of the phrases from the CEO is "We have been doing this for 20 years, we know we are doing it, and it works." The company lacks a complete strategy to train employees, from onboarding to leadership training, and lacks a decent approach to comprehensive training material. The complete allowance of operational SILOS brake the progress, and the great product they have. Good people are leaving, or they are pushed away, as the organization does not know how to grow. Their attitude toward salaries, significantly lower than competitors, makes this place a definite no for anybody who reads. Promotions are given to people who do not deserve to be leaders, yet propaganda is given that they are practicing servant leadership.
