Cons

Limited nurturing or adjustment of responsibilities that do not fit your skill set. Very high expectations to make do with what is available which can be little or nil.

People that have been there since it was SDS2/Design Data were great.

Cons

Insurance coverage got worse every year. Getting rid of most of the development team for overseas people Users just want the bugs fixed, but they are focusing on new markets.
