Flexible hours, nice people, outdoor day, interesting job in a specific segment

Cons

Salary, corporate thinking, the selling network does not understand the product, a lot of development does not understand the technical background (PO/PM without experience with real-life projects)

People that have been there since it was SDS2/Design Data were great.

Cons

Insurance coverage got worse every year. Getting rid of most of the development team for overseas people Users just want the bugs fixed, but they are focusing on new markets.
