We have implemented staggered shifts, social distancing, regular disinfecting schedules, made available disinfecting supplies, limited the number of employees able to gather in one place at one time, continued to promote the use of technology to conduct meetings, provided masks to employees, etc. In addition to those measures, we have encouraged employees who do not feel comfortable coming into the office to take time off.
