Worst company I ever worked for - Procurement ALSTOM Employee Review

Terrible, toxic, negative environment. People are non stop moaning but do not come up with solutions, bad attitude is not addressed and tolerated which is very demotivating. People get away with everything, no standards are set at all. When Alstom took over Bombardier Transportation ALL promotions happened based on friendships, they were all given to specific people, NONE of the roles were advertised, zero interviews were held. This is pritty much against diversity and creating followers rather than leaders. People lost moral and did everything to get promoted, it created even more incompetent managers than before. Many unexperienced "managers" with zero experience about people management just because they knew the right people. They also changed existing roles of the employees without checking with them.
