      Relatively good salary. A place where professional skills are acquired directly at work. Mostly a good team.

      Cons

      Company policy strange. Local leaders deliberately slow down the project. recurring problems in production are not solved for years. Experienced employees are demotivated by meaningless work and those who try to improve the process are fired. Huge flow of personnel.
